Scope Of Work

The Zen Condominium building is a nine story, 84-unit condominium development with 84 parking spaces, and 4,700 sq. ft. of ground level retail space. The building is designed to meet or exceed the Type 1-B fire resistive construction type and is primarily a steel structure with precast concrete floors and an exterior veneer composed of a combination of masonry, glass, and metal panels. There is one water/sewer service and one gas service to the building. Each condominium unit has gas forced air HVAC, and a separate electric meter.

The building features include two full service elevators, indoor heated parking, fully supervised fire suppression system, fitness room, security desk, and extra storage space. Unit amenities include; hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balcony space, and a gourmet kitchen with imported Italian cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
