Scope Of Work

The Osprey Lake Apartments is a 75 acre multi-family housing development in Gurnee, Illinois. The project consists of 17 three and four story apartment buildings and a clubhouse. The clubhouse contains, leasing offices, conference rooms, recreation center with an indoor-outdoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, locker rooms, outdoor track facility; lighted tennis courts, billiard room with game table and a business center. The grounds include a scenic-stocked fishing lake and nature trail on 48 acres of property.

Phase I consists of a 300 unit luxury apartment complex (10 buildings). Phase II consist of 183 unit luxury apartment complex (7 buildings). All apartments are equipped with fire sprinkler and have direct access to attached garages and elevator buildings. 

Apartment amenities include washers and dryers, nine-foot ceilings, spacious walk in closets, gas fireplaces, gourmet kitchens, frost free refrigerators with ice makers, patios/balconies, and high speed internet access.
