Scope Of Work
International Contractors, Inc. was awarded the contract for the new Midlothian Public Library in Midlothian, Illinois. The library is a single story structure with a center atrium, extending 37 feet in the air and topped with a needle-like spire.
Low unobtrusive wings flank the striking red and white contemporary glass design. The daylight illuminates the interior through the atrium curtain wall.
In addition to the 14,000 square afoot structure, ICI constructed two secluded garden areas and a parking lot on the campus.
