Scope Of Work
Fields Auto Group purchased an existing building and a vacant parcel of land adjacent the property. The dealership owners turned to ICI to renovate the existing building, expand onto the western edge of the building and also construct a stand alone building on the edge of the property. Additionally, ICI added 140 new parking space and placed associated site utilities – landscape, paving and curbs.
Within the addition, ICI constructed an service center with eight bays and added and new tool room, parts room elevator, training center and an expansion of a 2-level parts storage .
The separate new building is an automatic car wash and a new 4-bay prep center. Lastly, within the existing building, ICI remodeled the general offices and expanded the service manager’s office
