Scope Of Work
Site development provided consisted of 133 residential units. Vertical construction consisted of new construction of the residential units of which were concrete slab on grade, 13″ stepped concrete foundation walls, new plumbing, fire, mechanical and electrical systems, vinyl single hung windows, shingle, TPO and metal roofing, cement board siding, brick, vinyl plank, ceramic and vct flooring, kitchen and bath cabinets, drywall, painting, hollow metal doors and frames, new gutter and downspouts, insulation, stained wood and rubber vinyl stairs and other finishes.
