Scope Of Work
City Homes Condos is Phase 2B of a large-scale transit oriented new construction project located blocks from Historic Anacostia. When complete the City Homes will include 38 two-over-two luxury condo units. This project is being developed by Sheridan Sayles Condo, LLC and designed by SK&I Architectural Design Group.
City Homes Condos consists of three condo buildings. Two buildings will have 12 luxury condos and one building will have 14 luxury condos.
