Scope Of Work
New construction of 250 units with a gross area of 315,000 SF. The work included the construction of a four-story wood-frame apartment building over two-story below-grade cast-in-place concrete enclosed parking structure (400 spaces). This project started in August 2006 and was completed in mid-May 2008, finishing 2.5 months early with cost savings of $2 million dollars.
