Scope Of Work
The construction of three new 3,500 SF PNC Bank Branches (Deerfield Township, Fairfield Township and Liberty Township), which are a part of PNC’s new LEED-rated prototypes. LEED requirements on this project included the separation of construction debris, recycled rainwater, special HVAC equipment, electric solar panels and floor tiles and countertops made of composite materials. In addition, Megen worked with a LEED consultant to choose materials that would meet or exceed the “green” building requirements. This included the coordination of owner-supplied items such as exterior panels for the envelope, millwork and flooring materials. All branches achieved LEED Silver certifications by the USGBC.
