Scope Of Work
A 30,000 SF, phased, high-end construction project within a prominent Downtown Cincinnati office tower. Merrill Lynch‘s intentions were to parallel the design and construction of this space with their impressive list of clientele. This project also demonstrates Megen‘s ability to maintain the operations of a business amidst a major construction project, involving a high level finish and intricate millwork details.
Before the work began, we were worried about the noise, dirt and other hassles of having construction done on our offices. Once work started, though, we didn’t even know they were here… The job site was always clean, workers were courteous and the job was done on time, as well. Most importantly, the renovated offices look great!"
