Scope Of Work
A 91,000 SF warehouse that sits on a 17-acre lot in Oakley, Ohio, was transformed into a state-of-the-art contemporary, multi-use church facility. The facility includes a 1,200 seat auditorium, community atrium, church offices, children's ministry/classroom area, high-tech audio/visual control room, bookstore and comfortable reading/resting areas. The administrative and children's ministry areas were constructed with a second floor for future growth. To the delight of the owner, the facility was completed one month ahead of schedule and within budget, despite many unforeseen obstacles encountered throughout the construction process. Megen was the construction , and was responsible for the on-site construction management, cost estimating and cost control throughout the project
