Scope Of Work

A 2,650 SF imaging suite build-out for Clinton Memorial Hospital and a 3,053 SF Ortho Clinic build-out for Beacon Orthopedics at the new 40,500 SF Wilmington College Center for Sport Sciences. Scope of work in these tenant fit-outs included full construction of an MRI room with RF and magnetic shielding, CT and x-ray rooms with lead lined walls, cast rooms, exam rooms, nurse’s stations, waiting rooms and display cases. Megen Construction served as the Construction  at Risk for the project, providing preconstruction and construction services.
