Scope Of Work
Eagan Building Group was hired as construction manager for the new Hardee's restaurant built in Washington, MO . This was an incredibly challenging project as the construction timeline only allowed 90 days from groundbreaking to owner turnover. To further complicate things, we had to coordinate dozens of subcontractors and vendors on a building site half the size of a typical restaurant building pad. With careful planning, we were able to successfully deliver this project and open the doors within the required timeframe.
