Scope Of Work
18 Unit Complex located on the former Rosenthal Estate. Project consisted of Construction of 12 mulit-bedroom new apartment units. Renovation of existing historical brick building into 5 additional units. New construction of a stand-alone community space complete with a bathroom & kitchen.
Project was unique in that it was completed in conjunction with the Branford Garden club to preserve existing native & rare plants on-site.
