Scope Of Work
This project involved the installation of 60 pipe bollards. This work included the following activities; excavation, forming of the bollards, reinforcing steel installation, concrete finishing, concrete pumping, demolition, slab x-raying, maintenance of traffic, core drilling, temporary barricades, installation of pipe bollards, relocation of underground utilies and removal of existing formwork. This work required extensive and complex coordination with BCAD and TSA. All work had to be performed between 11:00PM to 6:00AM to ensure very little interruption of airport operations and pedestrian traffic into the terminals. This project was completed on schedule.
