Scope Of Work
This project involved the renovation of the existing security checkpoint area.
The construction activities included modication to the existing electrical and mechanical systems, new partitions and soffits, modification to the fire sprinkler system, new rolling grille door, new accordion pocket doors, modification to the structural steel system, carpeting, and painting. The work hours for all construction activities were at night and in the early morning. Coordination with TSA and BCAD was critical to meeting the airport requirements of no impact to their operations due to construction activities. This project was completed on schedule.
