Scope Of Work
This project required the installation of new electrical and mechanical systems needed for the placement of the security checkpoint equipment. In order to endure the safe installation and location of floor mounted equipment, ADA ramps, and railings the existing slaw was x-rayed to locate post-tension cables.
The construction included new ADA ramps, acoustical ceilings, doors, finish hardware, lighting fixtures, new partitions and soffits, simulated stone wainscot, painting, carpeting and modification to the HVAC and electrical systems. Construction activities, material and equipment deliveries were coordinated with BCAD and TSA, all work was performed at night or early morning hours. The project was completed on schedule.
