Scope Of Work
This project added new MRI and CT imaging equipment to the 3,600-sq.-ft. VCU Health (VCUH) Neuroscience, Orthopedic and Wellness (N.O.W.) The hospital specializes in neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, rheumatology, sports medicine, endocrinology, physical medicine, radiology and behavioral health.
MRI and CT capacity is a growing need in Central Virginia healthcare facilities. VCUH main goal for this project was to get the MRI and CT equipment up and running as soon as possible. DPR successfully mitigated issues and remained on an rigorous schedule through significant coordination with all team members. As a result, the project was completed ahead of schedule by two weeks and under budget.
