Scope Of Work
The 61,000-sq.-ft. medical office building renovation for Rady Children's Hospital was comprised of three floors of exam rooms, doctor offices, lab space, and lobby/circulation improvements. The scope also included a full replacement of all MEPF infrastructure and site improvements. DPR executed this project in two phases to accommodate existing operations and patient flow, keeping the hospital partially occupied at all times.
