Scope Of Work
This project consisted of selective demolition of an existing masonry and wood structure building and reconstruction of the 10,200-sq.-ft. outpatient surgery center in partnership with Orlando Health. It included the buildout of 11 pre- and post-operation bays, a sterile processing suite and offices, locker rooms and a lounge area for hospital staff. The space is a blended use between urology and neuro-spine groups which was AHCA approved.
