Scope Of Work
Joeris General Contractors, Ltd. was awarded the Stone Oak Medical Plaza, a three-story, concrete tilt-wall and steel structure shell building project for CHRISTUS Health. The first floor is a free-standing emergency room specially designed to house the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio, while the upper floors have medical offices. The project schedule was 300 days (10 months) and included tenant finish-outs on each floor before the project was over. The facility is located in the Stone Oak-area of San Antonio.
