Scope Of Work
Site Work:
Clear land, excavate 3" topsoil from site and haul off,
Storm Sewer:
- Install 592 LF storm sewer and 6 type A catch basins.
Foundation:
- Excavate 30" soil in foundation area and haul off, backfill with select fill.
- Install rebar, place bell piers, grade beams and slab, per design.
- Include 2" bank sand and 6mil polyethylene vapor barrier.
Paving:
- Stabilize 30,379SF with lime, compact to 95% as detailed.
- Place #4 rebar at 16" centers and redwood as detailed.
- Place 3500 PSI concrete, 6" thick, 7" for dumpster area.
- Place sidewalk, curb, curbstop and road markings per details.
- Sawcut and seal joints per details.
