Scope Of Work
IDIQ Design Build Contract. Contract involved multi-trade construction management and repair/ renovation projects at multiple buildings simultaneously. Renovation of this historic School had to take place while school was in session, and work included HVAC Upgrade, Electrical Retrofit, roof replacements, energy efficient upgrades to windows, plumbing and fire protection upgrades. The structure is Approximately 75 years old and has delicate architectural character.
Montage's challenge was to upgrade the entire mechanical and electrical and architectural systems without altering the character of the building architecture.
