Scope Of Work
Construction and Rehabilitation: Multi-trade construction management of repair and renovation projects at multiple buildings – all occupied space. Emphasis on mechanical system upgrades.
NASA nominated Montage as Contractor of the Year. During our last 4 years of work, we have absorbed the NASA culture of safety, and no other firms offer such a high consciousness and expertise when it comes to safety. A significant challenge of working at Goddard proved to be work on the delicate mechanical systems supporting the mission's highly sensitive lab environment. Montage went through rigorous planning and notification processes prior to any demolition or excavation, especially when the space shuttle was airborne.
