Scope Of Work
Design/Build Cloister: Renovation of historic compound – all buildings. Roof replacement, energy efficient upgrades to windows and HVAC system. Plumbing upgrade. Electrical, mechanical, and fire protection upgrade.
The Franciscan Monastery is a historic and valuable architectural monument in Washington, DC. The structure is over 100 years old and has delicate architectural character. Montage's challenge was to upgrade the mechanical and electrical and architectural systems without altering the character of the compound's architecture. This Project included installation of a Geothermal well and a Photovoltaic System
