Scope Of Work
55 Pierrepont is a 191 unit housing project for seniors. This rehabilitation included all apartments, a complete transformation of the public hallways, the roof and the lobby. MDG faced the unique challenge of rehabilitating the building from top to bottom without inconveniencing the senior residents.
