Scope Of Work
Installation of 28 door Access control system, Commercial Fire System, HD Camera system.
Access Control -
28 locks were cut in and installed by us. These were both metal and wooden framed doors. All the locks were strike style locks.
28 HID card readers were installed.
Access control system was programed and all access cards were also programed by us.
We installed a system from Pro Data Key and had to first receive a certification by completing a course before installation.
Camera System -
16 HD cameras were installed in both outdoor and indoors.
DVR installed, programed and networked.
Commercial Fire System -
148 point addressable Silent Knight system including two NAC booster panels were installed that including monitoring of a fire pit, fire riser contacts, fire pump and generator that was located on the roof that was in place if the house power should fail to ensure that all life safety equipment will operate until house power is restored. We also installed smoke detectors in each unit as well as low frequency sounder bases. We also were responsible for an elevator recall.
