Scope Of Work
A commercial remodel project for a fitness club. Goal: to expand the exercise facililties on the second level. Construction began with the complete removal of an existing restaurant which included: removing walls, ceiling, electrical and plumbing. The next step in the space conversion was adding an acoustical ceiling, flooring and lighting. To complete the transformation six windows were installed overlooking the lower level tennis courts along with sky lights. The final result, a seamless expansion of the facility.
