Scope Of Work
Boldt was hired jointly by Memorial Medical Center (MMC) and Essentia Health as the construction manager for their planned expansion of 60,000 sq. ft. and renovation of an existing two-story clinic facility.
The new addition was to be their new cancer center for radiation oncology it was designed to include a new linear accelerator, CT Simulator, Infusion Therapy and labs. As the only oncology program in this area of northwestern Wisconsin, it allows treatment to be provided closer to home for many patients. The clinic remodel includes imaging, specialty and primary clinical services, a pharmacy and laboratory.
