Scope Of Work
BOLDT has become part of an Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD) model for the master planning, design and construction for the Advocate Medical Group & Dreyer clinics, medical office and ambulatory facilities in the Greater Chicago Metropolitan area. Our team was hired to help transform the AMG and Dreyer clinics delivery of ambulatory care. We have enjoyed a long and successful history of building healthcare facilities, along with other building types, via an alternative delivery approach. The medical office and ambulatory facilities projects will span multiple years and will consist of various ambulatory projects and operational and business models, which support the Advocate brand.
