Scope Of Work
Wildwood Corporate Centre II consists of an eight-story, 211,760 SF, core and shell office building constructed of a concrete frame with curtainwall cladding, and a 240,182 SF, five-story, precast parking garage. Wildwood II also includes a 10,000 SF fitness center and related site improvements. This project was awarded Silver Certification for the core and shell.
