Scope Of Work

Wyndham at Duran is an exclusive gated luxury home community located on the championship Duran Golf Course. The 92 lot residential community is located off Wickham Road just west of Stadium Parkway in Viera, Florida. BSE provided site planning assistance and worked with the Owner and Golf Course Architect to develop a lotting plan that worked with the golf course routing plan and placed the lots in positions that took advantage of the long range views provided by the golf course. BSE Consultants, Inc. also provided the detailed site design including mass grading, stormwater modeling and design, potable water, reclaimed water, gravity sewer, force main and sanitary sewer lift station design. We also provided cost estimating, value engineering, permitting and processing of all permits and construction observation and administration services.
