Scope Of Work

The Preserve at Longleaf project is a 298 unit apartment community situated on 77 acres in Melbourne, Florida. The community also includes a 6,000 square foot clubhouse and pool facility. BSE Consultants, Inc. provided the surveying, environmental determinations with the state and the US ACOE and civil engineering design. We designed the master stormwater system which included the integration of several large wetland systems and the adjacent high school stormwater system as well as the utility systems and provided construction observation and administration services. We also assisted with all of the land use approvals and processed all the project’s permits.
