Scope Of Work

The Haven at Riviera project is located in West Melbourne, Florida and is a 40.41 acre mixed use development that includes both multi-family residential and commercial components. The Haven at Riviera development is located in the northeast quadrant of the Palm Bay Road and Durham Drive intersection approximately 0.7 miles east of Interstate 95. The project contains a 23-acre multi-family residential site and is planned to contain a 2.5-acre hotel site and 15-acre commercial site. BSE Consultants, Inc. provided the master planning, surveying, environmental determinations with the state and the US ACOE and civil engineering design. We designed the mass grading, master stormwater and utility systems, and the quarter mile Riviera/Durham Drive extension. We also processed all of the land use approvals and the project’s permits. Additionally, BSE provided opinions of construction cost, construction observation and administration services.
