Scope Of Work
Summer Lakes is an exclusive gated luxury home community consisting of 94 lots, most of which are one acre or larger. The project is located surrounding the 60 acre Lake Biblia and nearly all of the home sites are provided with an expansive waterfront setting. BSE Consultants, Inc. provided complete surveying, engineering, environmental permitting, construction documentation and construction administration services for the phased development of the project. We also assisted the Client in developing a plan that allowed for the preservation of numerous specimen type oak trees, utilizing a pumped sanitary sewer system to minimize construction impacts and designed a stormwater system that provided the necessary conveyance capacity while minimizing the need for extensive on-site fill requirements.
