Scope Of Work

The Parkway Commerce Center project is a 10-acre industrial site located within the Midway Business Park development in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The project provides approximately 76,000 square feet of warehouse space and 22,700 square feet of office space including five (5) buildings. BSE Consultants, Inc. provided all civil site engineering, including preparation of mass and final grading plans and roadway and parking facility design. Roadway improvements included special pavement sections to support truck traffic. Services also encompassed the design of an onsite stormwater management system that connects into the master system and the design of water, sewer and reuse utilities. Additional services provided were obtaining construction approvals for site work, surveying including construction layout and as-built, and construction observation including daily reports and administration.
