Scope Of Work

The Heritage Club is within the 478-acre master planned residential community of Heritage Isle at Viera, located in Brevard County, Florida. The Heritage Club is a 23,000 square foot clubhouse and recreation facility located on over 12 acres. The Club is complete with ballroom, fitness center, dance room, billiards room, card room, library and conference center, computer facilities, catering kitchen and café and multi-purpose flex rooms. Adjacent to the Club is a resort style swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, croquet lawn, bocce and horseshoe areas. BSE Consultants, Inc. provided the master planning and detailed design concepts for the entire site infrastructure and amenities, including details for the phased development of the overall site. BSE completed all required permitting through local and state agencies, detailed coordination with the project architect and preparation of detailed bid documents for all site improvements. As construction began, BSE provided complete construction administration services, construction surveying and detailed as-built drawings for final regulatory agency approval.
