Scope Of Work

The Heritage Isles project is located in Viera, Florida and is a 478-acre planned development community by Lennar/US Homes. The Heritage Isle development is located at the west end of Wickham Road approximately 1.8 miles west of Interstate 95. This community, divided into eight residential villages, offers several residential living options with 1,140 multi-family and villa homes, 1,729 single-family and town homes at completion including a manned guard house, 23,000 square foot clubhouse and recreation facility with a resort style swimming pool and fitness center. BSE Consultants, Inc. provided planning, design, permitting and construction administration services for all development phases consisting of stormwater drainage, roadway and utility improvements. Additionally, we provided planning and design for the master stormwater system improvements to serve the community. BSE also provided construction administration and observation services for infrastructure improvements including the landscape and irrigation improvements within the Legacy Boulevard right-of-way and easement areas. BSE also functions as the Community Development District (CDD) Engineer and provided assistance in the creation of the CDD. We also provided cost estimating, value engineering, permitting and processing of all permits and construction observation and administration services.
