Scope Of Work

Fairway Lakes at Viera is a private gated residential community located adjacent to the championship Duran Golf Course. The 89 acre, 226 lot residential community is located off Stadium Parkway in Viera, Florida. BSE Consultants, Inc. provided detailed site design including mass grading, stormwater modeling and design, potable water, reclaimed water, gravity sewer, force main and sanitary sewer lift station design. We also provided the cost estimating, value engineering, permitting and processing of all permits and construction observation and administration services.
