Scope Of Work

Duran Golf Club is a Championship Golf Course located within the Viera community in Central Brevard County. The Club is located on Stadium Parkway, west of I-95. The course also includes a 30-acre golf development center, practice range and a lighted 9-hole par 3 course. Construction of the 18-hole golf course required the movement and shaping of over a million cubic yards of earth and the creation of 15 lakes and an extensive network of stormwater pipes and control structures. The Club also includes a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a full service restaurant, club bar, pro-shop and supporting amenities.

BSE Consultants, Inc. provided the civil site design, surveying, and environmental permitting support required for the complete development of the Club, plus the surrounding residential development. BSE’s ability to understand and balance the needs of the golf course with the needs for the surrounding development were a key in providing the balance needed for a successful golf course/residential development. We designed the mass grading, master stormwater and utility systems and obtained all land use approvals. BSE also provided the complete site design for the clubhouse and Turf Management Facility and construction administration services for the golf course and all Club facilities.
