Scope Of Work
Cinemaworld is a 20 acre movie theater development located in West Melbourne, Florida. The 60,000 square foot, 16 screen theater development located along US 192 (State Road 500) approximately 0.5 miles east of Interstate 95 Exit 180 includes outparcels designed for hotel, full service restaurants and various other commercial-type uses.
BSE provided civil engineering for the entire development including the master stormwater and utility systems, planning, surveying, environmental determinations and permitting services. Additionally, we provided construction observation and administration services.
