Scope Of Work
The 2-acre Chuck E. Cheese’s children’s entertainment restaurant is located within the 43-acre Coastal Commerce Center development in West Melbourne, Florida. The 15,400 square foot building boasts a 6,700 square foot dining facility, 5,400 square foot gaming area and stage animatronics area. BSE provided surveying, civil engineering, permitting and construction observation and administration services. Construction was completed during the second quarter of 2011.
