Hassan Kamal's Bio
Hassan Kamal has nearly 30 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. His civil engineering experience includes the planning, design, permitting and construction administration of numerous roadway projects, large scale residential and commerical/office developments and major utility improvements. He has been responsible for the successful completion of numerous large scale drainage studies and floodplain analysis and has also assisted in several Development of Regional Impact (DRI) projects.
As the Vice-President of BSE, Mr. Kamal is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, coordination with clients and governmental agencies and sub-consultants, project management, scheduling, resource management and quality assurance.
Hassan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Scott M. Glaubitz's Bio
Scott Glaubitz is a professional engineer and land surveyor with more than 30 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. His background of surveying and civil engineering includes the design and permitting of roadway infrastructure, commercial and industrial developments, utility systems, residential developments as well as agricultural developments and large and small drainage studies.
As the President of BSE, Mr. Glaubitz is responsible for project management, scheduling, resource management, quality assurance and leads the design process from conceptual planning to construction.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, is a licensed professional land surveyor in the state of Florida and is a licensed professional civil engineer in the following states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas.

Ana Saunders is a professional engineer with more than 10 years of experience in civil engineering design. Her background includes the design and permitting of infrastructure systems, including single-family, multi-family, commercial, industrial and mixed use developments and large utility and stormwater management systems. In her current position, Ana is responsible for project management of residential, commercial and industrial development-related projects including design, permitting and construction administration.

Donald Kean's Bio
Don Kean is a professional engineer with 10 years civil engineering design experience and over 5 years heavy civil and residential construction experience.
As project engineer, Don is currently responsible for the design, permitting, and construction administration of both commercial and residential developments. He is also responsible for master stormwater, potable water, and sanitary sewer system design and modeling. His background includes municipal construction inspections, dam/ spillway construction and rehabilitation, and bridge construction.

Leslie Howard's Bio
Les Howard has more than 29 years of experience in the surveying and mapping arena. He has an extensive surveying background including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, public land surveys, control surveys, road, utility and canal right-of-way surveys, ALTA surveys, construction layout and description preparation throughout the southern 24 counties in the State of Florida. Les has experience in assisting with support documentation for easement acquisition, parcel appraisals, parcel takes and remainder exhibits, specific purpose surveys, as well as expert witness testimony. He also has experience with the Colonial Surveying system through work performed in the State of Kentucky, as well as being involved with mapping projects throughout the mid-western United States and Canada.
