Scope Of Work
A 105-acre planned warehouse distribution campus consisting of four buildings of various sizes. These Class-A warehouses, ideally suited for regional distribution in the densely populated region, total approximately 1,600,000 square feet. In addition to the buildings, Pepper will also construct a new $2.5 million road and will participate in a $600,000 road widening project.
