Scope Of Work
Pepper served as the concrete subcontractor and built the 500-foot structure for 727 West Madison in Chicago – the tallest building ever built in the West Loop neighborhood. Situated on Madison and Halsted, the 45-story, 492-unit cylindrical luxury apartment tower features more than 10,000 square feet of retail space. The building will include banquet halls, a business center, pool and health club.
