Scope Of Work
Located at the corner of South Michigan Avenue and 14th Street, where Pepper is performing as the concrete subcontractor, this state-of-the-art, 15-story residential tower will feature 199 rental units (from studios to 3-bedroom apartments), 100 parking stalls and over 40,000-square-feet of commercial space.
A medical center is taking over much of the building’s commercial space, but residents will still have access to amenities such as a swimming pool, basketball court and yoga studio.
