Scope Of Work

The new eight-story, 83,553-square-foot building features five floors of condo-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments, one studio apartment and three stories of parking. All residents have access to an exercise center, outdoor terraces with a grill, a rooftop garden, bicycle storage and a large ground-floor lobby.

The building is made up of structural precast with an architectural precast skin with brick inlays. The foundation system is a combination of caissons and cast-in-place grade beams. In addition, it has a fluid applied roofing system.
