Scope Of Work

Naugatuck Valley Savings & Loan commissioned Antinozzi Associates and Business Invirons (now Solidus) in 2003 to provide design/build services for a new building in Seymour, Connecticut.  Our first task was to provide a feasibility study to determine what could be built on the existing site.  After extensive research and understanding of the site logistics, we presented our idea of a 10,000 square foot building that included a 3,000 square foot branch on the first floor with three drive-up lanes.  The second floor provided tenant space for a variety of diverse tenants.  Up to four tenants are able to occupy the remaining 7,000 square foot space not used by the bank.

The branch design not only blended well with the neighboring community, a brand was developed that continues to be implemented on future branches – keeping an effective and consistent look of all Naugatuck Valley Savings & Loan branches.

After successful completion of the Seymour facility, the Antinozzi Associates and Solidus team was immediately asked back to provide design/build services for another new branch, this time in Shelton, Connecticut.
