Scope Of Work

Antinozzi Associates began working with the Davis Marcus Partners (when The Davis Companies and Marcus Partners were merged prior to 2009) in the mid-1990’s to provide architectural and interior design services for several office locations throughout Connecticut.  Although Davis Marcus jointly owned numerous properties along the Connecticut shoreline, most of the services we performed were at two locations in the Town of Wilton - 15 Old Danbury Road and Wilton Corporate Park.

In the late 1990’s, we designed our first major corporate project with Davis Marcus at 15 Old Danbury Road.  A 90,000 SF office structure renovated down to its steel and concrete core, the building was rebuilt with a completely new precast concrete and glass curtain wall system along with all new mechanical systems.   The building also included a parking level under the structure renovated to meet new code requirements.

From 1999 - 2009, we were retained by Davis Marcus for the architecture and interior design of a second major corporate project known as Wilton Corporate Park.  Over a ten-year period, initiated with master planning led by Antinozzi Associates, our architectural and interior design services included: the complete renovation of an existing 210,000 SF office/lab building (50 Danbury Road) into Class ‘A’ multi-tenant office space, the renovation of a 45,000 SF office building (64 Danbury Road) to include a new entrance lobby addition, two new parking garages for over 1,000 cars (built in two phases), and the design of two new three-story office buildings totalling 260,000 SF (40 and 60 Danbury Road).  In 2010, this project became LEED Gold Certified, the first of its kind in Fairfield County.
