Scope Of Work
The Project consisted of a 22,000 square foot expansion to the school. The renovation and addition was performed in three phases over a period of two years. The expansion included thirteen new classrooms, a 3,000 square foot gym, a library, seven bathrooms, a nurse’s suite, administration offices, level 3 bullet resistant front entry lockdown enclosure, exterior entry canopy and a playground. The Andrew Ansaldi Company performed in-house selective demolition, all site work, concrete placement, carpentry and project management.
