Scope Of Work

Project consisted of the full development of a 45 unit condominium complex, including all roads and utilities. The units are 1,700 to 2,000 sq ft detached, single story, ranch style homes. There are 3 different types of ranch styles. The Andrew Ansaldi Company performed in-house all site work, concrete placement, carpentry and project management. In addition, Ansaldi performed all the necessary design for the ranch units in-house, performed all the necessary civil design (along with our design team) for the development and brought the project through Town Planning and Zoning for approvals.
